Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Contractor · Fully remote · Flexible hours · $35-45.00 p/h (approx the 5-8hrs per week)

PCOS to Wellness is growing fast, and our socials, community and marketing need someone who can properly own and love them. If you love the womens wellness space, know your way around Instagram and email marketing, and want a flexible role you can fit in with your life, we'd love to hear from you.

About us
PCOS to Wellness is a hormone health and wellness brand best known for our organic herbal tea blends, including Cysterhood, Chaihood, Zenhood, Immunehood and the Motherhood range. We've built a genuinely engaged community of over 90,000+ followers on Instagram (@pcos_to_wellness), and our founder Brigitte co-hosts the PCOS Girls Podcast. We're a small team and this role will work directly with Brigitte.

About the role
Twelve months from now, you'll have made our social presence feel more consistent and alive, built out a steady pipeline of brand collaborations, turned our weekly newsletter into something our community actually looks forward to, and become the person Brigitte trusts to run point on day-to-day marketing. This role starts as a contractor engagement, with the intention of moving to a casual or part-time position as we grow together.

What you'll do

Plan, create and post content on our product page, @Pcostowellnessco, keeping it consistent, on-brand and community-focused
Brainstorm content ideas and angles for Brigitte's personal page, @pcos_to_wellness (Brigitte remains the face and voice of that page)
Source, negotiate and manage social media collaborations and influencer brand partnerships from first contact through to delivery
Write , design and send out our weekly email newsletter, keeping content fresh, on-brand and genuinely useful to our subscribers
Support broader marketing activity, including campaigns, product launches and promotions
Track what's working across social and email, and use that to shape what we do next
Keep an eye on trends in the wellness and hormone health space so our content stays relevant

What we're looking for

Required:

Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars, ideally for a health, wellness brand
Experience writing, crearing and sending marketing emails or newsletters on Klaviyo
Confidence coordinating brand collaborations and partnerships end-to-end
Strong writing skills and a good eye for on-brand visual content
Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to manage your own time in a fully remote, flexible arrangement

Nice to have:

Experience in the wellness, women's health or hormone health space
Design skills (Canva or similar)
Can use AI to help support you in your role
A personal interest in or lived experience with PCOS and hormone health etc

Details

Contractor role, with a view to moving to casual/part-time employment as the workload grows
Fully remote, work from anywhere in Australia
Flexible hours- fit it in around your life and other commitments
