We are a family-owned business and growing. We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily administrative operations, support our HR function, and ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating exceptional workplace experiences.

You'll be the heartbeat of our office – the person who keeps everything running seamlessly whilst supporting our Delivery Associates and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Office Operations & Administration

Oversee daily office operations and coordinate administrative functions

Coordinate with all Delivery associates and ensure efficiency. Organise rescues where needed

Maintain efficient filing systems and document management

Facilities & Resources Management

Manage office supplies and equipment

Oversee office budget for supplies and facilities

HR Administration & Recruitment Support

Support recruitment processes

Coordinate new employee inductions and documentation

Process employment contracts and employment-related paperwork

Employee Support & Communications

Serve as first point of contact for employee enquiries

Organise company events and staff recognition activities

Coordinate internal communications and announcements

Workplace Health & Safety Support

Maintain WHS documentation and incident registers

Coordinate safety training and maintain training records

Support WHS committee activities and workplace inspections

Compliance & Systems

Ensure compliance with record-keeping and statutory requirements

Maintain company registrations, licences, and insurance policies

Implement office procedures and identify process improvements

Job Type: Full-time
