Joining a talented and collaborative team, you will work alongside a dedicated Project Manager and a diverse group of technology professionals, helping to keep multiple projects moving, well planned and effectively resourced.

You don’t need to have years of project management experience. What matters most is that you are organised, switched-on, detail-focused and confident working with people and technology. What you will be doing...

As Project Coordinator, you will be pivotal in supporting the successful delivery of a broad range of projects. Your responsibilities will include...

Maintaining and coordinating project plans across multiple concurrent projects.
Working closely with the Project Manager on project planning and resource allocation.
Coordinating with people across the business, from team members through to senior management and external clients.
Monitoring project progress and helping ensure key milestones and deliverables stay on track.
Preparing clear and accurate project status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Using project management and software tools to coordinate activity and keep information up to date.
Helping bring structure, visibility and organisation to a busy project environment.

You will bring...

A solid understanding of planning and organisational principles.
An understanding of, or interest in, the software development life cycle.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
Strong technology and computer literacy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
The confidence to work with people across different teams and levels of an organisation.
A positive, friendly personality and a genuine team-first attitude.
