About Us

Language Trainers is an international language training company working with freelance teachers of 99+ languages in hundreds of cities worldwide. Founded in 2004, our motto is Any Language, Anytime, Anywhere.

We provide customized language training to professionals and private students for work, family, and travel purposes.

Position Details

We are currently looking for a Spanish Teacher for one of our clients in Cairns, Australia.

Reference ID: 1122292
Course Type: General
Format: one-to-one
Total Hours: 32
Session length: two-hour
Location: , Cairns
Student Level: Elementary
Student Age Group: F: 56-64
Schedule: once per week, (Monday on 10am)
Start Date: ASAP
Motivation: I briefly visited Spain in October 2025 and will return in October 2026 for a more intensive travel experience. I have been self learning through Duolingo (and now JumpSpeak). It has been helpful but I feel unable to speak very well at all, especially if put \"under pressure\"

Ideal Candidate

Be a native Spanish speaker and/or hold a relevant teaching qualification
Have experience as a language teacher, translator or interpreter
Have a valid work permit/visa
Live within 30 km of the specified location

Conditions

Schedule and location may be flexible based on availability
Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Freelance, part-time position
We are not able to sponsor visas
