SEADECK IS RETURNING TO BRISBANE — NOW HIRING BARBACKS & GLASSIES

This winter, Brisbane's favourite floating venue is back on the river, delivering unforgettable events, incredible views, and an atmosphere unlike anywhere else in the city.

As we prepare for a massive season, we're looking for hardworking, energetic, and reliable Barbacks & Glassies to join our team and help keep the operation running at full speed.

BARBACK / GLASSYThe backbone of every great service experience.

Behind every successful bar is a team that keeps things moving. As a Barback/Glassy, you'll play a vital role in supporting our bartenders, maintaining venue presentation, and ensuring guests receive a seamless experience from start to finish.

If you're someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in staying organised, and loves being part of a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Collecting, sorting, and washing glassware efficiently throughout service
Restocking ice, beverages, garnishes, and bar supplies
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across bars and back-of-house areas
Assisting bartenders during busy service periods
Ensuring bars remain fully stocked and operational throughout events
Helping deliver a smooth and efficient guest experience behind the scenes

What We're Looking For

A strong work ethic and positive attitude
Reliable, proactive, and able to take initiative
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and develop
Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
