Growers Market | Port Macquarie

Are you an organised, proactive and reliable administration professional who enjoys variety in your day? Growers Market is looking for a full-time Administration Assistant to become an integral part of our team.

This is a hands-on role that supports the day-to-day operations of our business. If you're someone who takes pride in being organised, enjoys helping others, and has excellent attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Working Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative duties including:

Cash handling and daily bank reconciliations
Processing and maintaining records in Xero
Managing accounts receivable and debtor follow-up
Answering and directing phone calls
Responding to customer and supplier emails
Creating and updating shop signage
Providing administrative support to management and staff
Ordering office supplies and maintaining stock levels
General office administration and filing
Assisting with various projects and day-to-day business operations

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

Previous administration or office experience
Experience using Xero (preferred)
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
A positive attitude with a willingness to support the wider team
Professional presentation and a friendly, approachable manner
