Personal Trainer Opening | Port Hedland, WA

Keep Every Dollar. Warm Leads. Paid Weekly Mentoring.

Port Hedland, WA | Casual | start immediately
from $40.17 to $55/hr depending on your ongoing client hours, plus super and commission
Work toward 20 to 30+ paid hours/week
The One Condition

No catch. One requirement: you have to actually be the kind of coach we can back:

Coachable. You take feedback without making excuses or getting defensive.
Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
If that does not sound like you, no hard feelings. We are after coaches who want to coach and grow.

Imagine This

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here.

The Usual PT Deal Is Stacked Against You. This One Is Not.

You became a trainer to get people results, not to run a one person marketing agency.

Not for any of this:

Spend your weekends doing unpaid admin instead of resting or training yourself
Drive to an empty gym floor because the booking never confirmed
Chase leads who ghost your texts after you spent two hours prepping their free session
Lose good prospects because there was no one to follow up while you were coaching
The business side is what ends most PT careers early. Not the coaching. The everything else.
