Seafolly Port Douglas is looking for an energetic and inspiring Store Manager to lead our team and create exceptional customer experiences while driving sales success and operational excellence.
As a passionate brand ambassador, you will champion the Seafolly brand, ensuring outstanding customer service, an engaging store environment, and a seamless omni-channel experience for every customer.
Reporting to a QLD Area Manager, you will lead day-to-day store operations, drive sales and KPI performance, manage costs, and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and ongoing support.
This role offers a Tuesday to Saturday roster, providing a consistent schedule while ensuring strong leadership during peak trading periods. It's an exciting opportunity for a results-driven retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about people, customer experience, and achieving outstanding business outcomes.

You will:
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences and embodies Seafolly's brand values.
Drive sales performance and KPI achievement through effective leadership, coaching, and accountability.
Lead by example on the sales floor, providing outstanding customer service and expert product knowledge.
Ensure high visual merchandising, store presentation, and housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
Utilise sales, traffic, and business data to identify opportunities, improve performance, and optimise roster planning.
Champion customer loyalty and omni-channel initiatives, including Click & Collect, Ship from Store, and in-store appointments.
Oversee store operations, including stock management, loss prevention, cash handling, financial audits, and stocktakes.
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture.
You have:
Have previous experience in the fashion retail industry, preferably within a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role.
Leads by example and consistently champions the Seafolly brand and customer experience.
Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and inspire teams to achieve sales and KPI targets.
Passionate about creating an inclusive, customer-centric culture that delivers exceptional results.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
Highly organised with excellent planning skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Commercially minded, with experience driving business performance and operational excellence.
Adaptable, proactive, and committed to continuous learning while ensuring policies, procedures, and store operations are executed effectively.
