This fast paced environment would suit customer obsessed individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional experiences and booking guests in to learn more about the benefits of holidaying with Travel + Leisure Co!

How You'll Shine

Lead the activities and performance of the Guest Experience Hosts onsite
Assist in the tour generation process to ensure that prospects meet the Company’s tour qualification specifications
Schedule onsite resident guests to Owner Updates or regular Club presentations, as appropriate, during the guest’s stay at the resort property
Assist in the tour generation process to ensure that prospects meet the Company’s tour qualification specifications
Generate sales appointments for our sales centers located at our amazing resorts and via livestream
Establish commonality and build rapport with your customers to ensure an exceptional experience is delivered
Work closely with the resort operations team in order to provide a high level of service and a seamless transition for owners and guests through the check in process
Clearly articulate the benefit of traveling within Wyndham Destinations community
Meet targets and KPI's as set by the business
This role requires you to be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.
Display leadership values by ensuring effective communication and respecting your peers and managers. Support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.

Who are we looking for?

Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel/resort environment
Demonstrates strong customer service values in all activities
Knowledge and application of sales techniques
Ability to quickly build rapport
Sound problem solving and persuasive skills
Ability to work effectively with all levels employees and guests
Working knowledge of computer software and sales applications
