The Role

As a Full-Time Greenkeeper, you will be responsible for the high-end maintenance and development of our clients' lawns and gardens. This is a hands-on role for a dedicated professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

Expert turf management, including mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and top-dressing.
Diagnosis and treatment of pests, weeds, and diseases.
Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
Proactive lawn renovation and repair.
General garden and grounds maintenance.
Operation and maintenance of a range of professional-grade equipment.
Providing expert advice and solutions to clients.

What We're Looking For:

A fully qualified Greenkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
A strong passion for horticulture and an eye for detail.
A current and valid Chemical Application Certificate.
A valid Australian Driver's Licence.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A self-motivated and reliable team player.

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary between $65,000 - $75,000 per annum + superannuation, dependent on your experience and qualifications.
