Full Job Description

Oatley Family Dental is looking for a new associate dentist to join our team. The position will be part time, with the opportunity to increase to full time in the future.

The ideal candidate will have completed their dental degree in Australia, have worked for at least two years in private practice, be confident working solo & treatment planning to improve patients dentition, have a genuine passion for dentistry & regularly attend CPD events, but most importantly possess the necessary outgoing personality and communication skills to be successful in modern day dentistry.

This is not a suitable position for a brand new graduate, as confidence working solo is important.

Pay will be % commission based on an SFA

We are a beautiful family dental practice in Oatley village with all the necessary modern technology to offer our patients the best treatment, and a young vibrant tech savvy working team that are always keen to create new ideas and processes to make working fun and efficient.

We practice all aspects of dentistry, from preventive and restorative all the way through to orthodontics and implants.
