Full Job Description

We are an Australian owned and run business with over 20 years of industry knowledge and expertise, we are a fast-growing company looking the right candidate to join our Goulburn based team. FTI Group has a highly motivated team with an excellent culture of support that offers it staff a healthy work/life balance along with career development.

The right candidate will need to be physically fit and healthy as the role involves some heavy lifting and is labour intensive. Labourer’s positions hold the responsibility for the delivery of a quality product every time.

We are seeking candidates who have a strong commitment to safe work practices as well as;

A Forklift License (helpful but not essential)
Experience in metal fabrication (helpful but not essential)
Ability to understand and follow instructions from supervisor
Complete all tasks in a timely and accurate manner with a high attention to detail.

A stable work history is an advantage with recent work references. All successful applicants will need to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Casual positions available with the potential to become permanent, hours will vary depending on workload.

The successful applicants will be highly motivated and reliable individuals who place a high level of value and importance on safety, quality of product and service to our customers.
