The Role

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and a vital support for our advisers, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth office operations. This role is ideal for an individual with strong administrative skills who enjoys managing a variety of tasks, from coordinating appointments to handling client inquiries and supporting our team with daily administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Client Management: Greet clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner and manage incoming calls and inquiries.
Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule client appointments, manage team calendars, and support meeting preparations.
Document Management: Maintain accurate client records, manage file systems, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Office Operations: Order supplies, handle mail, and maintain a tidy and organized office environment.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to our advisers and team members, including data entry, filing, and report preparation.

Candidate Requirements

Proven experience in an office administration or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and handle confidential information professionally.
A customer-service orientation with a friendly and approachable manner.
