We're looking for a Senior IT Application Support Analyst to join our Amplar Health Technology & Digital team. This is an opportunity to work on critical health applications that support the delivery of healthcare services across Australia while partnering with a broad range of technology, security, vendor and business stakeholders.

The Opportunity

As a Senior IT Application Support Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining the stability, security and performance of our Health Applications portfolio.

Working across application support, security remediation and project-to-business-as-usual transition activities, you'll ensure our platforms remain reliable, compliant and ready to support evolving business needs.

You'll be joining a collaborative team that values continuous improvement, knowledge sharing and delivering meaningful outcomes for both our customers and the business.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing Level 2 and Level 3 support across critical health applications.
Managing incidents, service requests and problem resolution activities.
Supporting vulnerability remediation and security uplift initiatives.
Partnering with business stakeholders, vendors and technology teams to maintain service performance and reliability.
Contributing to change, release and deployment activities.
Supporting operational readiness and project-to-BAU transitions.
Developing and maintaining operational documentation, runbooks and knowledge articles.
Identifying opportunities to improve support processes, resilience and customer outcomes.

About You

You're a customer-focused technology professional who enjoys solving complex problems and building strong stakeholder relationships.

You'll bring:

Extensive experience in application support, production support, service management or systems analysis within a complex enterprise environment.
Experience supporting enterprise applications, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar business-critical platforms.
Strong troubleshooting experience across integrations, databases, web applications and cloud-hosted services.
Experience working with ServiceNow, Jira and ITIL-based service management practices.
Exposure to vulnerability management, security remediation or operational risk activities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

Experience in healthcare, insurance or another regulated industry.
Exposure to Azure, AWS or cloud operations.
PowerShell or Python scripting experience.
Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices.
ITIL certification or equivalent experience.
