Are you a newly qualified Podiatrist ready to start your career in a supportive, modern private practice that genuinely invests in your growth? We are partnering with a well-established practice in the North Sydney area to find an enthusiastic graduate Podiatrist eager to build strong clinical foundations under the guidance of experienced senior clinicians.

About the Practice

Located in a vibrant part of North Sydney with excellent public transport links, this is a warm, patient-centred private practice known for its clinical excellence and collaborative culture. The team treats a diverse and interesting caseload across general podiatry, biomechanics, sports podiatry, and high-risk foot care, using contemporary treatment techniques and modern equipment. About the Role

You will step into a beautifully appointed clinic with a structured onboarding program designed specifically to help new graduates transition confidently from study into professional practice. From day one, you will be supported to build your caseload gradually, work alongside experienced mentors, and develop into a well-rounded clinician.

Key Responsibilities

Complete thorough podiatric assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans across a varied caseload.
Deliver general podiatry care including nail and callus management, corn removal, wart treatment, and wound care.
Assist with biomechanical assessments, gait analysis, and orthotic prescriptions under senior mentorship.
Educate patients on preventive foot health and long-term self-management.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with AHPRA standards.
Actively participate in case reviews, in-house training, and team professional development sessions.

About You

Recently completed, or about to complete, a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Podiatry from an accredited Australian program.
Eligible for General Registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia (AHPRA).
Warm, professional communication style with a genuine passion for patient care.
Enthusiasm to learn, grow, and make the most of a structured mentoring environment.
Working with Children Check, National Police Check, and NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
Reliable, organised, and a genuine team player.
