Rojone Pty Limited is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer established in 1979, specialising in RF, microwave, GPS/GNSS, telecommunications and defence communications equipment.
We are looking for a practical, technically minded and detail-focused person to join our manufacturing team in a newly established Product Testing & Quality Control role.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialised skills in RF and communications equipment testing, with comprehensive in-house training provided.
What you'll be doing
- Testing RF cable assemblies, antennas, GPS/GNSS and communications equipment.
- Performing electrical and RF product testing using specialised test equipment.
- Inspecting finished products for quality and workmanship.
- Recording test results and quality information using computer systems.
- Identifying and reporting defects and non-conforming products.
- Following drawings, specifications, test procedures and work instructions.
- Working closely with our manufacturing and engineering teams.
What we're looking for
You don't need to be an experienced RF technician. We are looking for someone with:
- Strong technical or mechanical aptitude.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good computer skills and accurate documentation habits.
- A willingness and ability to learn specialised test equipment.
- A strong commitment to quality.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability, initiative and a hands-on approach.
Previous experience in electronics, electrical work, manufacturing, quality control, cable assembly, telecommunications, testing or technical production will be highly regarded.

Employment conditions will be in accordance with the Manufacturing and Associated Industries and Occupations Award 2020 (MA000010), with classification and remuneration based on the successful applicant's skills, experience and actual duties.
