$97,941.86 a year + super (slightly negotiable depending on experience)
Fiona Stanley Hospital, Murdoch, Perth
Full Time, Permanent opportunity
5 days a week onsite (1 day WFH after the first 6 months)

Fiona Stanley Hospital is a leading 863-bed tertiary hospital in the south metropolitan area of Perth, offering comprehensive healthcare services to adults, youth, and children. In this dynamic fast paced role, you will be an integral part of the growing HR Connect team providing consistent and accurate human resource advisory services. You will work in partnership with the Human Resource Business Partners to promptly resolve various human resource challenges and matters for employees and leaders.

As a Human Resources Consultant, you will support Fiona Stanley Hospital employees and leaders by:

Interpreting and providing advice on 5 x industrial instruments
Advising and executing position management processes including position creation and position reclassification
Assisting in advising and executing change management processes
Completing permanency reviews
Advising and executing numerous simple policies and procedures
Overseeing simple non-work-related fitness for work processes
Advising on the resolution of simple grievance processes
Advising on the execution of simple performance management processes
Assisting with organisation-wide projects and initiatives
Working with a portfolio of approximately 2,500 employees
Ensuring compliance with standards and Key Performance Indicators

The HR Connect team do not provide end to end human resource advice/services and do not complete any disciplinary, misconduct or investigative processes.

Demonstrated human resource experience (preferably in a HR administration, HR officer or HR consultant position)

Demonstrated flexibility and pragmatic problem-solving skills
Demonstrated eagerness to learn and coachability
Demonstrated resilience in a fast-paced environment

Strong motivation and determination to achieve outcomes and deliverables
