As a contractor to the Australian Federal and NSW governments, Parklife Metro is leading a transformative metro project connecting St Marys to Bradfield, linking with the new Western Sydney Airport.
The Parklife Metro (PLM) consortium made up of Plenary, RATP Dev, Siemens, and Webuild is delivering the Stations, Systems, Trains and Operations & Maintenance (SSTOM) package of works for the Sydney Metro-Western Sydney Airport (SM-WSA) project.
RDWSA will proudly operate and maintain 6 new stations, 12 metro trains, core rail systems, and a state-of-the-art stabling and maintenance facility at Orchard Hills on the Western Sydney Airport metro line for 15 years after the line has become operational.
About the Role:
Reporting to the Recruitment Business Partner, the Recruiter will play a key role in finding, hiring, and onboarding top-tier talent in alignment with project ramp-up timeframes and organisational culture. You will partner closely with hiring managers to execute innovative sourcing strategies, manage the candidate experience, and ensure compliance with key organisational values. You will:

Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of RDWSA’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

Develop, release, and monitor engaging job postings and announcements across multiple platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

Execute innovative sourcing strategies and utilise multiple recruiting sources to map and engage passive and active candidate pools.

Screen resumes, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout the selection process, from initial screening through to assisting with final offer negotiations.

Ensure that new employees are hired in accordance with project ramp-up schedules and organisational culture fit.

Ensure strict compliance with the key values of the organisation and recruitment best practices in all parts of the role.

Maintain and update candidate records within the Recruitment Management System (RMS) and internal applicant tracking databases to ensure data integrity and seamless reporting.

Act as a brand ambassador, promoting RDWSA's reputation as a "best place to work" through outstanding candidate care and professional market engagement.

Support the Recruitment Business Partner with local and global recruitment initiatives and wider mobilisation projects.
About You:
You are a motivated, goal-oriented recruitment professional with strong stakeholder management capability and a passion for finding, hiring, and retaining top-tier talent. You thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments, enjoy taking ownership of recruitment pipelines, and are highly adaptable to changing project needs. You will bring:

Minimum 2–3 years’ experience working in a similar recruitment role (agency or internal), preferably with exposure to the rail, construction, transport, or infrastructure industries.

Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycles, active talent sourcing, and candidate management.

Strong capability in utilising Recruitment Management Systems (RMS/ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern job boards.

Excellent planning, organisational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work under pressure.

The capability to build trust and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels.
