We are seeking a Rostering Clerk Full-Time Fixed-Term until 30 June 2027 to join our fast paced, inclusive, and supportive scheduling team.
The Rostering Clerk is a key part of the rostering/scheduling function. As a Rostering Clerk you’ll help ensure the appropriate and responsive allocation of resources to meet our clients’ service needs. You will undertake timely communication with Support Workers, Clients/Families and regional teams about changes to rosters or support staff.

Working from our modern Mount Barker Office, key responsibilities are:
Contact Support Workers to fill vacant shifts
Ensure shift allocations meet contract requirements, training/credentialing standards, and client preferences
Ensure rosters comply with Award provisions
Escalate unfilled shifts to the Regional Scheduling Officer promptly
Work towards rostering Support Workers to their full capacity
Assist the Regional Scheduling Officer as needed
You’ll have:
Minimum completion of Year 11 plus relevant previous customer service experience
A knack for solving problems and thinking logically under pressure –finding solutions and making things fit just right
Rostering experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
Experience using Dynamics 365 or a similar rostering system will also be highly regarded but is not essential
Obtain and maintain a NDIS Worker Check
Class 1 Drivers Licence
