About the role
- Supporting customers step-by-step through our Case Management and Injury Management programs
- Ensuring all case management actions are completed on time, whilst delivering a positive customer experience
- Developing trusted relationships with the customers that you support
- Your commitment to your development and further learning of what recovery support can be
- Providing ideas and innovations that support team improvements
- Having an attitude that empathises with the needs of the injured worker and a desire to help them in their recovery
- Welcoming and helpful written and verbal customer communication
About you
- An energetic and motivated approach to managing a demanding portfolio
- Experience in a customer-centric environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to manage your time and prioritise work tasks effectively
- Superior customer service and communication skills
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
