Full Job Description

Bakers Delight Mount Eliza have an exciting career opportunity for a Qualified Baker to join our team. We are passionate about bringing out the best in the people who work for us and are looking for a long term commitment to compliment our mature and experienced team.

The features of this Baking Job are:

Great working environment and conditions.
Consistent roster and start times so you can plan your week.
Great remuneration and job security, 38-40 hours per week.
Air-conditioned bakery, just in time for summer.
Greater career opportunities than independent bakeries.
Bakery operates 7 days a week, so some weekend work may be required.

Your key roles and responsibilities will include:

Baking from scratch and producing consistent quality product
Good organisation and communication skills
Providing customer service when required.
Supporting other team members and foster good working relationships.
Assisting with maintaining cleanliness and safety of the bakery.

To apply you will need:

Drivers licence or reliable transport.
The capacity to work full time (Part-time considered)
Certificate III in Baking (required)
Neatly presented, punctual and reliable
Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Bakers Delight experience preferred but not essential
