Contract: Permanent Part-Time opportunities
Rosters Available: Our rosters operate Monday to Sunday across day and night shifts, including:
- Day shifts: Between 7:00am – 3:00pm
- Night shifts: Between 9:30pm – 7:15am

About Our Homes:
- Peninsula Grange is a beautiful 102 bed Residential Aged Care Facility that opened in 2015 and it offers a bright, modern and welcoming environment for those who appreciate open space and fresh air.
- Racecourse Grange is a stylish 127 bed Residential Aged Care Facility that opened in 2019 and it offers a sophisticated, comfortable living environment while keeping residents independence in mind.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with daily care and companionship
- Building strong relationships with residents, families, and your team
- Keeping everyone safe by following health and safety guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support/Disability/Ageing or completed first year of Nursing
- Current NDISWC or willingness to obtain NDIS Clearance Check
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and Influenza
- A current Australian Drivers Licence & own transport
- Full working rights, sorry no visa sponsorship available
