Job Description
This permanent, full-time opportunity offers flexibility to work from home for your admin hours between service times. You'll be supported every step of the way by a Mentor and Regional Manager, ensuring you have everything you need to thrive in your role.
Service Location: Morayfield
This is a large service that will ideally suit a strong leader with excellent communication skills, experienced dealing with challenging behaviours, always put the children at the forefront of everything they do and loves developing educators whilst also building strong teams.
You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
Before School Care: 6:00 - 8:55
After School Care: 1:40 - 6:30
Total Hours: 38

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.

✅As part of TeamKids’ commitment to child safety, all successful candidates are required to complete mandatory National Child Safety Training through Geccko prior to commencing employment with TeamKids.
