Part Time Position 30 -35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Guaranteed base earnings
Previous experience in office administration/bookkeeping preferred

The Joyce Mayne Chancellor Park / Sippy Downs Administration Team is seeking a passionate, highly organised and detail - oriented Administration Clerk to join them in delivering Great Service, Always!

As a clerk, you will have a good understanding of accounts payable and receivable.

To be successful you must:

Have a passion for retail
Flexible and adaptive, with a strong ability to meet the needs of the business
Enthusiasm and willingness to learn with a "can do" attitude
Enjoy working in a small team environment

What we require:

Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
Competent computer skills with sound knowledge in Excel and Word
Experience in creditors, debtors, banking, and reconciling
Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
Able to work with minimal supervision
Have the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
