Join Our Coaching Team – Junior Football Coach

Football Concept Academy is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Junior Football Coach to join our academy in Warriewood (Northern Beaches, Sydney).

Training Details

Day: Monday
Time: 5:00 PM
Session: U12 Girls Development
Duration: 1 hour

This position is ideal for a coach who enjoys developing young players in a positive, engaging, and professional environment. Additional coaching opportunities may become available as the academy continues to grow.

Your Role

Plan and deliver enjoyable, structured training sessions
Develop players' technical ability and confidence
Create a positive learning environment
Help players improve their decision-making and understanding of the game
Encourage teamwork, discipline, and a love of football

What We're Looking For

Experience coaching junior football players
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and engage young athletes
Passion for player development
Football Australia C Licence (preferred) or currently working towards one

Essential Requirements

Previous football coaching experience
Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain one
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
