We’re Hiring – Senior Receptionist / Second In-Charge

We are a well-established, family-owned and operated dental practice located on the north side of Brisbane, proudly serving our community for over 35 years. About the Role

As our Senior Receptionist / Second In-Charge, you’ll be the face of the practice and a key support to leadership.

Dental experience is highly regarded, but leadership and admin experience in any industry will be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing front desk operations
Handling billings and patient accounts
Answering and managing phone enquiries
Supporting administrative processes
Assisting with team coordination and leadership

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Has exceptional customer service skills
Is highly organised and able to multitask
Demonstrates leadership ability
Is punctual and professional
Takes pride in strong work ethics
Is eager to grow and learn
Is a true team player

Experience in dental or medical is a bonus — but not essential. Ongoing training and support will be provided.
