Lendlease Victoria are currently looking for multiple Site Supervisors to work on our projects in the North Western Suburbs of Melbourne.
You will be responsible to oversee day-to-day construction activities on-site. You’ll make sure work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves planning, coordinating, and monitoring site operations while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements.

About You:
Previous experience supervising construction activities.
Strong understanding of safety systems and compliance requirements.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor site operations effectively.
Knowledge of quality standards and contract specifications.
Leadership skills to manage and develop site teams.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
