About the Role

We’re looking for an Enquiries Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective members, clients and partners across The Commons, The Commons Health Club, Central House and Forum brands. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll manage enquiries across phone, email and digital channels, qualify leads, coordinate tours and bookings, and deliver a consistently warm, professional and on-brand experience.

You’ll play a key role in converting enquiries into members and clients, supporting Virtual Office sales, and managing external meeting room, event and studio bookings — all while representing The Commons with confidence, care and attention to detail.

What you'll do

Membership & General Enquiries

Act as the first point of contact for all sales and general enquiries via phone and email
Deliver a confident, friendly and professional customer experience across all touchpoints
Qualify and pre-screen prospective members, understanding their business needs and culture
Assess suitability and potential conflicts of interest in collaboration with internal teams
Provide clear, accurate information on memberships, pricing, locations and inclusions
Coordinate and schedule sales tours across all Commons locations
Accurately log leads, notes and outcomes in the CRM and proactively follow up enquiries

Virtual Office Sales

Respond to Virtual Office enquiries with a strong understanding of the product offering
Manage Virtual Office leads within Salesforce
Support the sales and onboarding journey for new clients
Act as a knowledgeable and reliable point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle

External Events, Studios & Meeting Rooms

Manage enquiries for meeting rooms, events, photography and podcast studios
Demonstrate detailed knowledge of spaces, capacities and suitability across the network
Coordinate end-to-end bookings and ensure smooth handover to internal teams
Maintain a customer-first approach so external clients feel supported and valued

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

Deliver consistently high standards of service that feel personal and considered
Act as an ambassador for The Commons and our values
Identify cross-selling opportunities where appropriate
Build strong rapport and handle objections with empathy and confidence
Contribute positively to a high-performing Enquiries team

Work Health & Safety

Ensure WHS standards and safe work practices are followed at all times
Communicate and support WHS compliance across members and team interactions

You'll bring

Strong background in customer service, sales support or enquiries management
Confident, professional phone and written communication skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple enquiry streams and priorities
Proactive, solutions-focused and collaborative
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce highly regarded)
Interest in community-led, premium service or business environments
