Location: Melbourne, VIC
Employment: Full-time / Casual (Opportunity for Permanent Position)

Painting Mates Melbourne is a fast-growing painting company delivering high-quality residential and commercial painting services across Melbourne. We are looking for a qualified and experienced painter to join our team and grow with our business.

About the Role

We're seeking a motivated painter who can take ownership of projects, work independently, and lead a team to deliver exceptional results.

Essential Requirements

Qualified painter with 3+ years of professional painting experience
Proven airless spray painting experience
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Experience managing painting projects from start to finish
Ability to lead and supervise a team on-site
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Good communication skills
Current Australian Driver's License (preferred)
White Card and own tools are advantageous
