About the role & Key responsibilities:

You'll play a key part in maintaining the hospital’s mechanical infrastructure, ensuring our facilities remain safe, reliable and fully operational. This is a hands-on role with a wide scope of mechanical tasks across:

Mechanical maintenance & repairs
Fitting & turning
Hydraulics
HVAC systems
Plant & equipment work
General workshop duties

About you:

Cert III in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent trade qualification).
Hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance, including fitting/turning, hydraulics, HVAC and plant equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to safety and compliance, especially within a healthcare or highly regulated environment.
Reliable, proactive and team-oriented, with good communication skills and a focus on quality workmanship.
Ability to perform high level analysis of critical equipment & detailed report writing skills.
