Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with deep AWS expertise and strong capabilities in automation. This role focuses on delivering secure, scalable, and highly automated AWS cloud platforms, supporting on-premises to AWS migrations, and enabling standardised, repeatable infrastructure deployments across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for automated provisioning and configuration.
Build and manage automated deployment pipelines using CI/CD best practices.
Support AWS landing zone implementation and platform standardisation (Control Tower / multi-account models).
Collaborate with application, security, and operations teams for seamless integration and deployment.
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to AWS best practices and governance frameworks.
Support migration of on-premises workloads to AWS, including planning, execution, and optimisation.

Your Profile

Deep expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS):

VPC, IAM, CloudWatch
Understanding of hybrid and cloud-native architectures
Migration & Modernisation
AWS Application Migration Service (MGN)
AWS Database Migration Service (DMS)
Migration strategies: rehost, replatform, refactor
Infrastructure as Code
Terraform (preferred)
AWS CloudFormation / AWS CDK
Modular and reusable IaC design practices
Configuration management (Ansible)
Automation & Scripting
Python, Bash, PowerShell
Automated environment provisioning and lifecycle management
DevOps & CI/CD
GitHub Actions, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline / CodeBuild
CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment
GitOps and automation-first delivery practices
Networking
AWS VPC architecture and design
Security groups, NACLs, routing
Hybrid connectivity (VPN, Direct Connect)
