Do you have a passion for swimming and helping others reach their goals?

Yarra Plenty Waves, a vibrant community organisation dedicated to fostering a lifelong love of swimming, is searching for an enthusiastic Assistant Swim Coach to join our team!

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for:

Delivering high-quality swim instruction in accordance with our program guidelines and industry standards.
Creating and implementing your own training programs aligned with the Head Coach's overall plan.
Working collaboratively with the coaching staff to ensure a positive and productive team environment.
Providing a safe and supportive environment for swimmers of all ages and abilities.
Maintaining open communication with swimmers, parents, and coaching staff.

We are looking for someone who:

Possesses a strong swimming background and coaching experience.
Holds current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and water safety.
Has excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Is passionate about creating a positive and motivating learning environment.
Is reliable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling demands.
