As a Construction Assistant, you’ll support the day‑to‑day operations of our construction team, ensuring the right information, documents and certifications get where they need to be — accurately and on time.
Your day-to-day will be to -
- Prepare weekly reporting packs, manage critical documentation, complete final account checks, and work closely with Site Managers and Surveyors to source and upload Certificates of Occupancy.
- Help keep projects compliant, organised, and progressing toward handover smoothly.
- Be a key connector — communicating with internal teams, gathering accurate information, preparing handover documentation and supporting ongoing improvements to processes and admin systems.
- Help make every day easier for the Building Managers and Regional Construction Managers you support.
