WE’RE HIRING — BARISTA / ALL ROUNDER
CC’s Boutique Patisserie is looking for an experienced, passionate and fast-paced Barista / All Rounder to join our team!
This isn’t your average café job. We’re creating a modern boutique patisserie experience centred around quality, craftsmanship, exceptional specialty coffee, beautiful drinks and incredible customer service.
We’re looking for someone who is confident behind a busy coffee machine, passionate about specialty coffee and knows their way around a proper matcha while also being happy to jump in wherever needed during a busy service.
YOU’LL NEED TO BE:
Experienced in specialty coffee and confident dialling in, adjusting and maintaining consistency throughout service
Experienced making high-quality matcha and specialty drinks
Able to work efficiently and calmly during high-volume, fast-paced service
Confident with milk texturing and producing consistently great coffee
Happy to assist with occasional food prep and toastie making
A genuine all-rounder — happy to jump between coffee, drinks, customer service, food running and general café duties as needed
Comfortable with cleaning, dishes, restocking, closing duties and maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Passionate about quality, presentation and creating an exceptional customer experience
Friendly, reliable, proactive and able to work well as part of a team
Comfortable working around a boutique patisserie environment and handling/serving beautiful, high-quality products with care
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Previous experience working in a high-volume specialty café
Food Safety Supervisor certification or food handling training
Experience with food preparation and basic café kitchen duties
Experience with specialty drinks, iced beverages and creative café drinks
Knowledge of alternative milks and dietary requirements
A passion for supporting small businesses and creating genuine connections with customers
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Specialty coffee experience is highly preferred
- Matcha experience is highly preferred
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Must be willing to work across all areas of the café when required — no job is beneath anyone here!
- Must be available to work Wednesday through Sunday, including weekends
- Must have appropriate Australian working rights

Pay: $26.44 – $48.57 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 20.0 per week
