Role: Senior Educator - Nursery Room

Location: Mackay, QLD

Centre: Goodstart Mackay - Bridge Rd

Employment Type: Full Time - 38hrs per week

Pay: $41.74 - $43 per hr

As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs. You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices. Your commitment to safety and inclusivity ensures that every learning experience is tailored to meet the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Mackay - Bridge Rd:

A thoughtfully designed two-building centre created to support children from their first nursery days through to kindergarten.
Dedicated approach that builds independence, confidence and the skills children need for a smooth transition to school.

Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Current QLD Working with Children Check
