We’re a community led fitness studio in Mansfield where fitness meets real life. We believe moving your body should feel good, make you stronger in everyday life, and support your mental health. No fancy gear required, just show up with confidence.

Your Day Might Look Like

6am: Leading the morning crew through a cracking strength session
One on one sessions helping Sarah work toward her first push up
Teen fitness classes where you’re building confidence, not just muscle
Checking in with members via text because you genuinely care how they’re going
Boxing classes where technique matters, but so does feeling strong
Being part of community events that make a real difference

What We’re Looking For

Personal Training and/or Group Fitness qualifications
High energy and a genuine passion for community wellbeing
Initiative - you see what needs doing and you do it
Social media savvy - comfortable posting content that shows our community spirit
Comfortable with tech - experience with a CRM or training app is a bonus but not essential, full training provided
Whether you're just starting out, returning to work, or ready for a career change - we want to hear from you
Someone who believes fitness is about feeling stronger in real life, not just looking good
