As a Cellar Door Staff Member, you’ll be the face of our winery - guiding guests through tastings, sharing our story, and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers variety, from hosting tastings to assisting with events and contributing to daily operations.

Welcome guests warmly and provide an exceptional cellar door experience

Host guided wine tastings, sharing knowledge about our wines, vineyard, and winemaking process

Drive sales of wine, merchandise, and club memberships

Process transactions accurately using POS systems

Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the tasting room and surrounding areas

Assist in setting up and hosting events, private tastings, and tours

Manage bookings and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in person

Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and tasting supplies

Follow responsible service of alcohol (RSA) guidelines at all times

Contribute positively to a supportive and collaborative team culture

Friendly, engaging personality with strong communication skills

A passion for wine and willingness to learn

Previous cellar door, hospitality, or retail experience (preferred but not essential)

Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required

Reliable, professional, and customer-focused attitude

RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)
