Where you’ll be working
Manilla Multi-Purpose Service (MPS) is at the heart of this friendly New England town, offering a unique opportunity to work across aged care, acute care, and emergency services. With 40 aged care beds, 12 acute care beds, and a 4-bed emergency department, no two days are ever the same. AINs here enjoy true variety and the chance to contribute to all aspects of care in a supportive, close-knit environment.

About the role
As an Assistant in Nursing at Manilla MPS, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personal, patient-centred care across multiple settings. You’ll assist with daily living, support residents and patients with compassion and dignity, and work alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes. This role is varied, rewarding, and offers the chance to develop your skills in a rural health setting where your contribution truly makes a difference.

Requirements

Certificate III Assistant in Nursing or currently enrolled in an undergraduate Registered Nursing degree (completion of first year and first semester or trimester of second year), or currently enrolled in a TAFE NSW Diplomas of Nursing (completion of identified foundational units in practice AND 80 hours of clinical placement).
Ability to provide compassionate, person-centred care
Effective teamwork and communication skills
Reliability and commitment to working a 7-day roster across various care areas
