As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service, ideally in a retail environment however we are open to other transferable skills from other industries.

The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining high operational standards; such as visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Strong coaching and communication skills that bring out the best in others.

Confidence making decisions and driving accountability across the store.

Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
