Key Responsibilities

Cash handling — Accurately process payments, reconcile takings, and follow established procedures.

Excel tasks — Create and update spreadsheets, track data, and maintain accurate records.

Attention to detail — Ensure accuracy across documentation, data entry, and reporting.Workspace organisation — Keep the admin area tidy, structured, and efficient.

Requirements

Proven cash handling experience

Excel proficiency preferred

Strong attention to detail

Ability to maintain an organised and professional workspace

Flexible availability, including:

School‑hour shifts on weekdays

Weekend availability is essential
