Full Job Description

Department Overview: Parts Distribution Centre (PDC)
Our 24/7 PDC holds 75K Cat® product lines, shipping 300K lines/month. We use the DEMATIC system for 18K+ small parts, and provide rack and yard storage, hose-building, parts inspection, pick-packing, and customer pickups with multiple WMS for accurate deliveries.

Roster Pattern - Mon - Fri (40 hour week)

What You'll Do:

Provide outstanding customer service and sales support, resolving enquiries and driving merchandise sales growth.
Manage inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, product setup, and stocktake activities across key systems.
Coordinate ordering, receiving, picking, packing, and delivery to meet customer requirements and timelines.
Maintain attractive displays, pricing accuracy, promotions, and CAT Shop presentation standards.
Build supplier relationships and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and business performance.

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 12 months' experience in customer service, sales, retail, or merchandising.
Strong communication, customer engagement, and relationship-building skills.
Advanced computer skills with experience using MS Office and business systems.
Proven organisation, time management, and ability to work under pressure.
Cash handling accuracy and strong attention to detail in stock management.
