CNC Machinists

At Werner Engineering, we are looking for experienced and motivated CNC machinists to join our forward-thinking team. Working on state-of-the-art CNC machinery, you will play a key role in transforming raw materials into high-quality, precision-engineered products. One of the most exciting aspects of this role is watching the entire machining process unfold – from concept to completion – and seeing your work evolve into something truly remarkable.

You’ll be responsible for setting up, programming and operating CNC machines, ensuring accuracy, precision and quality plus completing QA processes. In addition to honing your technical skills, you will be part of an amazing team that supports each other and takes pride in being part of something bigger.
