Your Opportunity

As our Construction Quality Assurance Officer, you'll be the driving force behind quality assurance across a diverse portfolio of major projects. Working alongside experienced Senior Project Managers and Project Managers, you'll oversee on-site activities, coordinate inspections, and ensure projects meet industry-leading standards from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing

Monitor construction quality, compliance, and project progress
Coordinate site activities, inspections, and defect rectification works
Provide expert technical advice and champion best-practice construction standards
Drive continuous improvement and ensure exceptional project outcomes
Lead the way in safety by exercising authority to stop works where quality or safety is compromised

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a proactive and quality-focused professional with:

A tertiary qualification in Civil, Building, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
Relevant industry experience and/or a recognised trade qualification
A current Driver's Licence and White Card
Experience in building, open space, transport, or stormwater projects (highly regarded)

Package: $103,553 - $109,766 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
Hours of work: Permanent Full Time Working 35 hours per week. You will have the option of a 19 day month with Council's ADO system (Accrued Day Off).
