Eaglehawk Road & Epsom Vet Clinic are looking for a friendly and reliable veterinary receptionist to join the team on a casual basis, to help with our quickly growing workload. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact, keeping things running smoothly, and supporting a busy clinic through practical, day-to-day admin.

This role is ideal for a veterinary nurse who values variety in their day and is eager to be involved in all aspects of clinic operations. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in both clinical and client-facing responsibilities, including:
- Anaesthetic and procedure preparation, monitoring and recovery
- Monitoring and medicating hospitalised patients
- Supporting reception and administrative duties as required
To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing (essential or near completion)
- Solid understanding of veterinary nursing procedures and prior clinic experience
- Flexibility to work a range of hours, including Saturdays
- A mature, confident communication style when interacting with clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A genuine passion for animal care and commitment to high clinical standards
