About us:

Your opportunity:

Lead and manage the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) team and ICT operations of the school to ensure that the day-to-day aspects of the school's ICT systems are managed professionally and align with departmental priorities.

Responsibilities:

ICT leadership: Provide strategic advice and lead the school's ICT team and operations.
Technology: Implement innovative ICT solutions and maintain school systems.
Team management: Supervise, train and manage ICT staff, workflows and performance.
Technical support: Ensure high-quality support, troubleshooting, maintenance and repairs.
Policies & compliance: Follow relevant legislation, departmental policies and safety requirements.
Procurement: Manage ICT purchasing, hardware and software procurement.
Systems management: Install, maintain and improve ICT and educational systems.
Asset management: Manage ICT assets, registers, disposal and annual stocktake.
Resources: Manage human, financial and physical resources effectively.
Administration: Maintain equipment registers, databases, spreadsheets and reports.
Continuous improvement: Review ICT services, procedures and work practices.
