About the Role
We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Service Administrator to join our dynamic team at our Lismore branch!
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the backbone of a successful service team. As our Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for someone with previous experience in a workshop or dealership setting, whether that’s in Parts, Stores, Service Advising, Warranty, or General Administration. If you’re highly organised, detail-oriented, and love working collaboratively, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Service Administrator, you will:
- Open/close jobs, parts and timesheet allocation to jobs and invoicing
- Follow up of post warranty and service work
- Planning of job schedules & booking workshop jobs
- Accounts Payable & Receivable processing
- Debtor/Creditor management
- Deliver expert service and support to our customers and partners
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Prior service / administration experience
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Professional presentation
- Forklift licence (desired)
