Office Support / Bookkeeper / Accounts Assistant – Full Time

This family-owned company, established for more than 40 years, and still growing is looking for a friendly, reliable and motivated person to join our team.

Please read this job advertisement carefully to ensure you comply with our requirements.

You will be well organised, accurate, a quick learner, comfortable dealing with customers and enjoy working as part of a team. Only Australian citizens or permanent residents will be considered. This position would suit candidates living locally or within about 20 minutes travelling time from our office.

Applicants with the right aptitude and more importantly the right attitude will be considered as will someone who wants their first job.

Experience in administration, bookkeeping, accounts, MYOB or Excel would be an advantage, however, if you have recently completed year 12, do not yet have the experience, are willing to learn and work in a friendly office environment where you will be supported, learn new skills and if interested in furthering your bookkeeping and accounting knowledge and skills with educational assistance, then this position may be of interest.

This is a varied office-based role involving general administration, accounts support, customer phone calls and emails, with regular use of MYOB and Excel.

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm
Modern Scoresby office with plenty of on-site parking.
