About Our Team

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Dental Hygienist who genuinely enjoys and takes pride in delivering exceptional preventive and periodontal care.
A key focus of this role is providing thorough, high-quality routine hygiene care, periodontal maintenance and patient education, while building strong long-term relationships with our patients.
You will work closely alongside our dentists as part of a coordinated approach to patient care. This includes supporting the dentist during examinations, helping patients understand recommended treatment, reinforcing treatment discussions and assisting with treatment coordination and acceptance to create a smooth and consistent patient journey.
We value clinicians who see hygiene as an important and skilled part of comprehensive dental care and who enjoy becoming exceptionally good at what they do.
You will also be part of a collaborative, digitally focused practice with opportunities to develop your communication, treatment coordination and digital workflow skills, while contributing positively to our team culture and educational programs.
About You
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dental Hygienist / Oral Health Therapist.
- Genuinely enjoys routine hygiene, scale and cleans and periodontal maintenance, and takes pride in doing them exceptionally well.
- Confident in patient education and communicating the value of ongoing preventive care.
- Able to work closely with dentists to reinforce diagnoses and treatment recommendations and support treatment acceptance and coordination.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients.
- Team-oriented and comfortable working within a coordinated clinician–hygienist model rather than operating independently.
- Interested in developing skills in digital workflows, patient communication and treatment coordination.
- Resilient, reliable and committed to delivering consistently high-quality patient care.
