Personal Trainer Position | Summerhill, TAS

No Rent. Real Leads. Paid Mentoring.

Summerhill, TAS | Casual | start immediately
between $40.17 and $55 an hour based on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission
Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week

There is not one. But this only works if you are the right person:

Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
That standard rules some people out, and that is fine. We want trainers who want to get great at this.

Here Is Your Average Week

Every session is booked before you arrive. The admin is done. Your mentor is in your corner every week. Your income is going up because you finally get to spend your time coaching instead of chasing. That is a normal week here.

Who Fits This Role

Cert III/IV qualified, or nearly there
First Aid, CPR and a WWCC sorted
A strength first approach for normal, everyday clients

We are a coaching business that has placed 20+ trainers in 20+ clubs around Melbourne and Sydney. You coach, we handle the rest, the leads, the admin, the marketing and the systems. The outcome is steadier hours and better clients.
