What you will be doing

As a Crown Field Service Technician, you will enjoy variety, autonomy and daily problem‑solving as you:

Carry out scheduled servicing, safety checks and repairs on industry‑leading equipment
Respond quickly to breakdowns, keeping customers running and downtime to a minimum
Manage your day efficiently using our mobile field technology
Maintain your fully stocked service van and accurate service records
Work with some of Australia’s leading businesses across diverse industries
Perform planned and reactive maintenance to keep equipment operating at peak performance

All while being supported by an experienced team behind you to provide high‑quality service.

New to forklift servicing? No problem.

You will be set up for success with:

An intensive 8‑week onboarding program
Ongoing, industry‑leading technical training
Clear pathways to progress into senior technician, management, engineering or specialist roles

Requirements

Bring your mechanical aptitude, strong troubleshooting skills, and ability to work both independently and in a team. Great communication and customer service skills are a must.

Prior experience as a forklift mechanic or service technician is highly regarded, but not essential.

However, any offer of employment will be conditional upon the successful completion of a pre-employment medical assessment, including a clear drug and alcohol screening.
